FORM2000 is well equipped as an outsourced OEM manufacturer of sheet metal components to support many of our customers’ endeavours. Normally this means supplying the sheet metal cabinet, chassis, or outer casing to feed into their assembly line.

However, some of our customers have outsourced their entire product assembly to FORM2000. We fabricate the sheet metal, take delivery of the remaining parts and assemble the final product to their required specification.

We provide assembly, component and sub-assembly insertion, wiring, and even coordinate third party suppliers and subcontractors.

The only parts of the manufacturing process retained in-house by some of our OEM customers is final testing and packing. This enables our customers to focus on their core business - research, product development, sales, distribution and marketing.
